Parking during Amsterdam Light Festival

Come and see the beautiful artworks of the Amsterdam Light Festival! From December 1, 2022 to January 22, 2023 during the 11^th edition. Get on board of a canal boat or take a walk along the art. Do you want to park nearby? Park your car at Parking Centrum Oosterdok, our parking is next to the Central Station of Amsterdam. Book your parking space in advance and pay max €25 per day.

See the art by foot or by boat

It’s possible to view the artworks of the Amsterdam Light Festival by foot or by canal boat. Several organizations offer round trips by boat, during a trip you’ll see all the artworks. The boat trip lasts 75 minutes. Do you want to discover the art works at your own pace? Than it’s better to go for a walk. For € 7,50 you will receive a roadmap with all the artworks. The walking route is 6.5 kilometers and starts at Amsterdam Central Station. The route is open between 5pm – 11 pm, on New Year’s Eve until 8pm.

The theme of this 11th edition of Amsterdam Light Festival is ‘Imagine Beyond’. The world around us is temporary and can seem very different in an instance. We have all experienced this very recently. However, the power of our imagination remains! With imagination we can exceed the here and now, to imagine the day of tomorrow however we want. Let the artworks carry you to different worlds. Look through the light and let your fantasy run wild. Join us on this journey and experience it for yourself!

Will you visit Amsterdam Light Festival? Park your car nearby at Parking Centrum Oosterdok. Our parking is close to Amsterdam Central Station, which is also the place where the festival starts. You can park your car for maximum €37.50 per day in our parking.
